Requests for records submitted through the City of Newport's Open Records Portal will be made publicly available, however, the identity and contact information will not be made publicly available. Submissions may be edited to redact or remove sensitive and/or confidential information, such as social security numbers, dates of birth, or other information the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
